Merry Christmas!!

Happy Birthday Timothy!

Carter's little friend is two years old today!
(We celebrated last night before church.)

Thanksgiving in Michigan

Everyone had fun at the Enchanted Castle!

They really enjoyed the merry-go-round.

Joanna and Madelyn liked the Mickey ride.

We weren't too sure if these guys were having fun at first...

But then they really got into it!Even Nathan liked watching the simulator games.

Carter didn't know what to think about this guy? : )

This was one of Joanna's favorite rides.

Madelyn and Joanna took turns driving the hot dog truck.

Timothy was obviously having fun, but
it looks like Carter was starting to feel sick.
"Madelyn is a crazy driver! I can't take it anymore!"

"I'm going to have to jump out the window!"

Carter was excited to find brownies cooling on the table! "Maybe I can just sneak one little marshmallow."

What goes around comes around...

Someone was trying to sneak a drink of Carter's water.

Carter didn't let that happen!

Joanna likes the new little dog.Carter loves to ride in Joanna's baby stroller.I could hear Nathan's voice echoing, and found that
Joanna had let him try on Carter's trash can hat!
Such a happy little guy! All snuggly and warm in his carseat.

Conversation with Joanna

Joanna was just finishing her lunch today when she said, "I have all this stuff in my brain." I wondered if she meant all her food that she just ate, so I asked her, "What stuff?" Her answer was, "All this stuff that I remember." "What do you remember?" I asked. At first she said, "I don't know?" and then after thinking for a minute she said, "I didn't get saved yet so we need to talk about my heart!"

She has been thinking a lot about that recently. This was her prayer for her lunch today... "Please help me to understand the Bible, and thank you for my potatoes with cheese and my corn, and may I please have some milk? In Jesus name, amen!" : ) Then she smiled at me, and, of course, I gave her some milk.

Joanna buckled herself in and got stuck!
(She was crying by the time we found her.)

Carter climbed in here and got himself stuck.
Instead of crying about it, he just decided

to take a little nap until help came!

Joanna is in the Awana Club this year.
She loves her Cubbies class!

Last night was "Affliction Night".
She kept asking, "Do I look afflicted?"
What do you think?...
When people asked her what happened, she said,
"Carter punched me in the eye! ... Just kidding!" ; ) Here she is with some of her little Cubby friends.
